The discography of Canadian singer-songwriter Alessia Cara consists of four studio albums, one live album, four extended plays, twenty-four singles, ten promotional singles, and thirty-three music videos (including appearances as a featured artist). She is signed to EP Entertainment and Def Jam Recordings.
Cara released her debut single, "Here", in April 2015. The song became a sleeper hit, reaching the top five on the US Billboard Hot 100 and the top 20 in Canada. Her debut studio album, Know-It-All, was released on November 13, 2015. In 2016, she achieved further success with the album’s third single, "Scars To Your Beautiful", which reached the top ten on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the US pop radio charts.
In November 2016, Cara released "How Far I'll Go", recorded for the Disney animated film Moana. In 2017, she collaborated with producer Zedd on the single "Stay", which peaked at number 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. That same year, she was featured on rapper Logic's single "1-800-273-8255", which reached number 3 on the chart.
The lead single from Cara’s second studio album, The Pains of Growing, titled "Growing Pains", was released on June 15, 2018, and peaked at number 65 on the Billboard Hot 100. "Trust My Lonely" and "Out of Love" were released as the second and third singles, respectively. The Pains of Growing was released on November 30, 2018.
In 2019, Cara appeared on a new version of "Let Me Down Slowly". Later that year, she announced her second extended play, This Summer, along with its lead single, "Ready", which was released on July 22. "Rooting For You" followed as the second single, while "Okay Okay" and "October" were released as promotional singles. This Summer was released on September 6, 2019.
On April 3, 2020, Cara released "I Choose", a song written for the Netflix animated film The Willoughbys, in which she voiced the character Jane Willoughby. On July 17, 2020, she released This Summer: Live Off The Floor, a live album containing performances of all tracks from This Summer, as well as live versions of "Scars to Your Beautiful", "Here", and "I Choose".
On July 15, 2021, Cara released "Sweet Dream" and "Shapeshifter", the lead singles from her third studio album, In The Meantime, which was released on September 24, 2021. On July 19, 2024, she released "Dead Man", the lead single from her fourth studio album, Love & Hyperbole, which was released on February 14, 2025. Following the album's release, "Fire" was released as the second single. Cara subsequently contributed to the soundtrack of Nobody Wants This with the song, "My House", which was released on October 23, 2025.
